Installing the Nickel-Metal Hydride Battery Your radio is powered by an NiMH battery, which provides up to 15 hours* Ribbed of usage. Programming the Interference Eliminator Code The Interference Eliminator Code helps minimize interference by providing you with code combinations, which filter out static, noise, and unwanted messages.
