8 Using the Swivel Base (CCW135 only) Caution: Always place the swivel base on a flat surface. 1 Carefully place the TV/VCR upside down and attach the assembled swivel base to the bottom of the TV/VCR as shown. 2 Tighten the screws (supplied) into the holes marked by the arrows. 3 Place the TV/VCR upright.
