HD DIGITAL TV DISPLAY FORMATS Aspect Ratio Selection The HDTV Digital Receiver allows you to select an aspect ratio (picture display shape) to match the source signal and shape of your TV screen. You can also change the aspect ratio for your personal viewing preference.
