ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS ASSEMBLING THE FLAIL HEAD INSTALLING THE HARNESS Flail Head Parts WARNING: To avoid serious personal injury, Flail Blades never attempt to start the unit when standing and the unit clipped to the shoulder strap. Push the inner reel and outer spool toghther. While holding the inner reel and outer spool, grasp the ends and pull firmly to release the line from the holding slots in the spool.
