About the Rear-Panel EQ Contour Switches These switches allow you to tailor the EQ curve of your CX monitors to complement the frequency response of your studio. 8 HF Trim Switch This control allows you to boost or attenuate (reduce) your CX monitors’ high frequency response above 3kHz.
