CommandPost Getting Acquainted Shuttle Wheel Perhaps the most common use of a shuttle wheel is to scroll through video frames. Rotating the shuttle wheel to the right scrolls the program forward: rotating to the left scrolls backward. The distance you turn the shuttle wheel in either direction determines the playback speed.
