General Information Setting the Clock 1 Before using your scanner, set the scanner clock to the correct time. a Turn on your scanner. b On the scanner’s control panel, press Menu. c Press HQ / STD () or PDF / JPG ( ) until TME is displayed on the LCD. d Press Start / OK. e Press HQ / STD () or PDF / JPG ( ) to set year. f Press Start / OK to confirm the year. NOTE Before formatting an SD card, make sure if there is no important data on it. Scan Preparation 3 3 Loading a document IMPORTANT • Insert only one page into the scanner at a time. Insert the next page only after the first one is completely 3 scanned.
