ADJUSTMENTS WARNING: TO LOOSEN Your Speed Saw should never be connected to power supply when you are assembling parts, making adjustments, cleaning, performing maintenance, or when not in use. ADJUSTMENTS REMOVING DEPTH ADJUSTMENT RING See Figure 4. TAB Follow these directions when removing the depth adjustment ring. ■ Place wrench in tab on depth adjustment ring. ■ Depress spring-loaded tab. ■ Lift depth adjustment ring off of tool. OPERATION INSTALLING BATTERY PACK BATTERY PACK See Figure 7. DEPRESS LATCHES Follow these directions when installing the battery pack. ■ Place battery pack on the Speed Saw. ■ Align raised rib on battery pack with groove in saw's battery port. DEPRESS ■ Make sure the latches on each side of the battery pack snap in place and that battery pack is secured on the tool before beginning operation. REMOVING BATTERY PACK See Figure 7.
