1. Remote Engine Start features The Remote Engine Start allows the user to start the engine of a vehicle from a remote location using a remote control. The user can turn on the air conditioner / heater beforehand so the cabin of the vehicle can be cooled or heated ahead of time. The user can check the status of the vehicle from a remote location. 2. 7. Basic functions for Remote Engine Start Engine Start & Stop Function The remote control is equipped with engine start, engine stop and automatic stop (set with timer) functions. 9. Basic operations CAUTION Check points when the vehicle is parked. 9-2. Engine stop operation This operation only applies when the engine has been started with the remote control. Press the stop switch until it beeps.
