TINT (also known as 'hue') is essentially the ratio of red to green in the color portion of the image. If TINT is decreased, the image will appear redder, and increasing it will cause the image to appear greener. To set TINT properly, look at the color bar pattern through a blue filter (or mute the red and green outputs). Selecting A Resolution (Scan Rate) To select a scan rate, first determine which type of display will be used with the PFP-7/PFP-11 (see 'Fixed pixel displays' or 'CRT displays' below). If the display is a FIXED PIXEL display, you'll want to use one of the FIXED PIXEL scan rates. If using a CRT projector, you'll want to use one of the CRT scan rates.
