FIRST TIME USE HOW TO SET UP YOUR NEW HITACHI LCD REAR PTV ANTENNA Unless your LCD Rear PTV is connected to a cable TV system or to a centralized antenna system, a good outdoor TV antenna is recommended for best performance. However, if you are located in an exceptionally good signal area that is free from interference and multiple image ghosts, an indoor antenna may be sufficient. LOCATION Select an area where sunlight or bright indoor illumination will not fall directly on the picture screen.

HOOK-UP CABLES AND CONNECTORS Most video/audio connections between components can be made with shielded video and audio cables that have phono connectors. For best performance, video cables should use 75-Ohm coaxial shielded wire. Cables can be purchased from most stores that sell audio/video products.
