Protect your printer from excessive heat such as direct sunlight or heaters, and keep it away from moisture and dust. 2. Place the printer on a firm, level surface which is fairly vibration-free. 3. The following describes how to install the ferrite core and make the actual connection. See “Modular plug” on page 115 for details about the type of modular plug that is required.
