ENGLISH 4 Opening the printer cover o Press in on the printer cover release to disengage the hook that holds the printer cover in place and swing the cover up to open it. Allow the cover to swing all the way open until it stops. o To close the cover, swing it back down into position. Next, press in on the printer cover release and guide the tab into the slot so the cover locks securely in place. Installing the ribbon cassette o Make sure that the printer is turned off

5 o Holding the ribbon cassette so that the ribbon is facing down, install the cassette into the slip printer as shown in the illustration. Note that you have to guide the right side of the ribbon cassette into the slot provided on the printer. 13 Using slip paper The following procedure describes how to print on slip paper using the slip printer.
