Section 1 Install the Card The hot-swappable ConnectUPS Web/SNMP Card can be installed without turning off the UPS or disconnecting the load. The following steps explain how to install the ConnectUPS-X or ConnectUPS-BD: 1. Verify that both DIP switches on the card are set to the 0 (off) position (see Figure 1). Section 2 Connect the Card To connect the card to the computer and start the configuration: 1. Plug the RJ-45 end of the supplied configuration cable (labeled “PC”) into the COM port on the card (see Figure 5). Section 3 Configure the Card To configure the card after you have connected it: 1. Type 1 on the Main Menu to display the Web/SNMP Card Settings screen (see Figure 9). 2.
