Using the remote control INSERTING OR REPLACING THE BATTERIES � Remove the cover on the rear of the remote control. � Insert two “AAA” 1.5V batteries, making sure they are in the cor- rect position (see the instructions inside the battery compart- ment). � Replace the cover. If the remote control unit is replaced or discarded, the batteries must be removed and disposed of in accordance with current legislation as they are harmful to the environment. Using the remote control SLEEP FUNCTION This function is useful for the night as it gradually reduces operation of the appliance and turns it off after 8 hours.
