8 System Components Your AcerPower computer system is made up of several components. These include the computer itself, the monitor, keyboard, and speaker set. Disk drives Your computer comes with the following disk drives: Floppy drive Your computer’s 3.5-inch floppy drive accepts 720-KB and 1.44-MB capacity diskettes. However, they are more delicate than diskettes and must be handled with extra care. To insert a CD or DVD into your computer’s CD-ROM or DVD drive: 1 Gently push the eject button located on the front panel. 2 When the disc tray slides open, insert the CD or DVD.
