RECOMMENDED TING OPERA PROCEDURE It is very ant import that at the end of each ’s day operation, the gas cock dial to the Main Burners is turned back to the Pilot position and that the Booster Burner switch is flipped to the OFF (O) position, leaving only the Pilot Burner on overnight. Keep the Pizza Push/Pull slides fully open.
