Cut all vegetables to be cooked or prepare a homemade marinade for extra flavor (see “Recipes” for information about Marinades and Rubs). Preparing for Use (Cont.) Assembling Accessories onto Rotisserie Bar IMPORTANT: All foods must be secured onto Rotisserie Bar. Whenever possible, you must use the End Brackets to secure the accessory/food (Meat Tines, Adjustable Basket, Roasted Veggies/Air Bake Basket). However, when cooking extra-large cuts of meat or poultry, it may be necessary to eliminate the End Brackets to make more room on the Rotisserie Bar.
