7 Oven controls and setting the clock Touch controls The controls are operated by touch - you do not need to apply pressure. Use the ball of your finger rather than the tip for best results To set the clock . 11 Oven functions Depending on your model, your oven may only have some of these functions. OVEN LAMP Only the oven light comes on. It remains on in all the cooking functions. BAKE This is the traditional method of baking. It is best to bake on only one shelf at a time in this function. Ideal for large cakes and dishes that bake for several hours. 12 Using the electronic timer Important! The timer does not turn the oven off. You may use the timer at any time, even when you are not cooking. The timer may be set for up to 23 hours and 59 minutes. To set the timer 1 Touch and hold the mode control for 3 seconds. 13 Using the electronic timer To change the Timer Volume You may choose from three volume levels. 14 Cooking with auto-off Use the analogue 120’ timer to automatically turn the oven off when the set cooking time has elapsed.
