Prestige 642 PPPoE Modem Preface About Your ADSL Modem Congratulations on your purchase of the Prestige 642 Series ADSL Modem. The Prestige 642 is an ADSL modem used for Internet access via an ADSL line. It can run upstream maximum rate at 832Kbps and downstream rate at 8Mbps. The rate selection depends on the copper category, distance and service provider configuration.
