6 Setting up your Pepper wireless pad Using the power button The power button is on the top right of the Pepper pad. When your pad is on, this button is lit. You always use this button to turn the pad on. You can also use this button to put the pad to sleep or to turn it off completely. Putting your pad to sleep When you haven’t used your Pepper pad for a period of time (the default is 10 minutes), the pad goes to sleep in order to conserve the battery charge. We recommend that you turn your pad off only if you know you will not be using it for several days.
