13 CS 1000/M1 system status check This task describes how to check the Communication Server 1000 (CS 1000) or the Meridian 1 (M1) system status. To successfully install a basic CallPilot system, you must provision or verify the following parameters on the telephony switch (CS 1000 or M1): • PBX IP and host name • VAS ID • ELAN ID • system parameters • ACD • DFDN • CDN • ACD agents • telephones CallPilot can be provided only on a per-customer basis on the CS 1000 or M1 system.
