adapter is a Type II PCMCIA card, which is compatible with any Type II PCMCIA slot. If your computer has more than one slot, you may insert the adapter in any of them. The Token Ring software automatically determines into which slot the card is inserted. Gently insert the card into the PCMCIA slot, pushing it until it sits firmly in place. The card will only fit one way; care must be taken not to force it. If it does not register smoothly, withdraw it and check that it is correctly aligned.
