Philips Semiconductors Product specification Low-voltage high performance mixer FM IF system SA606 DESCRIPTION PIN CONFIGURATION The SA606 is a low-voltage high performance monolithic FM IF D and DK Packages system incorporating a mixer/oscillator, two limiting intermediate frequency amplifiers, quadrature detector, logarithmic received RF IN+ 1 20 MIXER OUT signal strength indicator (RSSI), voltage regulator and audio and RSSI op amps. The SA606 is available in 20-lead SOL RF IN- DECOUPLING IF
