(1 ml) vanilla 1 scoop vanilla ice cream Pinch nutmeg Blend the first 3 ingredients until mixture is smooth and creamy. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Serves 1 Vanilla or Chocolate Milkshake 3 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream 1-1/2 cups (375 ml) milk 1 tbsp. (15 ml) vanilla extract Blend all ingredients until mixture is smooth and creamy.
