iD50 Troubleshooting There is no video on the TV Check if the iD50 is in Advanced Mode. Check if your iPod is correctly docked in the iD50. Check if your iPod is playing a video rather than an audio track. Check if your TV/receiver is turned on and that the right input source and type (composite or S-video) is selected. Check if the video cable and DC adaptor are firmly and correctly connected. The iD50 supports both PAL and NTSC standards and will have been preset for the TV system in your area
