OPERATION PROCEDURE This section includes useful information about oven operation. 1. Plug power supply cord into a standard 3-pronged 15 Amp, 120V AC 60Hz power outlet socket. 2. AUTO DEFROSTING AUTO DEFROST lets you easily defrost food by eliminating guesswork in determining defrosting time. The minimum weight for Auto Defrost is 0.5 pounds. COOKING GUIDE THE PRINCIPLES OF MICROWAVE COOKING Microwaves are a form of high frequency radio waves similar to those used by a radio including AM, FM and CB.
