User Manual English Installation 1. Charge the recorder for 3 hours, using the supplied USB cable, before first use. After the first charge you only need to charge the recorder for 2.5 hours. 2. Plug the USB receiver dongle into the USB port of your PC and turn on the Voice Recorder. 3. Windows will recognise the dongle and install the necessary drivers.
