8. GROUNdiNG ANd AC POWER CORd CONNECTiONS RiSK OF ELECTRiC SHOCK OR FiRE. 8.1 This battery charger is for use on a nominal 120-volt circuit. NOTE: This charger is equipped with an auto-start feature. Current will not be supplied to the battery clips until a battery is properly connected.
