Safety guards. Make sure that ALL GUARDS are in good order and fitted correctly. Do no attempt to start the machine before ensuring this. Pay particular attention to the plastic guards of the PTO shaft. If damaged they must be replaced. The chain locks of the guards MUST always be fitted on a suitable place on the tractor and the machine to prevent the outer plastic guards turning. Hydraulics. Safety instructions during crane lift Only use approved crane material. The machine must be in working position. Weight is stated on the drawing. Make sure that crane straps are securely fastened before lifting. Use a guide rope (not shown) to keep the machine in position. Be careful - make sure that nobody stand under or near the machine when it is being lifted. Fasten chain (A) on the machine as shown. Lift the machine in crane bracket (B).
