Chapter 2: Devices and Services Sources of Collected Data The Tivoli Netcool/Proviso Cisco IP Telephony Technology Pack uses both SNMP and bulk data collection. To collect SQL data from the CallManager Publisher, an SQL bridge must be set up on the machine where Tivoli Netcool/Proviso DataLoad resides.
