Assembly Instructions Lamp Head Adjustment Knobs Read Instructions Carefully Before Assembly: Upper Shaft (A) 1. Set all parts of lamp on a carpet. Upper Shaft 2. Insert Middle Shaft (B) into Tightening Nut the Tightening Nut attached to the Upper Shaft (A). Rotate in clockwise manner to fasten securely. 3. Troubleshooting • Make sure all power connectors, cords, and plugs are inserted fully and securely. • Make sure there is power to the wall outlet or try another outlet – not connected to a dimmer.
