To prepare your rack for installation, remove the bolt, nut and washer from the rear linkage bars using a ¾” wrench(see Fig A-1). 2. Swing the hitch base 180 degrees and line up the bushings in the middle hole with the rear linkage bars(Fig A-2). 3. Replace the bolt, nut and washer and tighten(Fig A-2). WARNING: The support arm v-notch must be firmly seated against the tire and brake, or fork. Failure to seat the support arm securely may result in bike instability.
