2. Initial Preparation Recording greeting messages (KX-F1100AL only) Record two types of greeting message before using the unit as an answering device and facsimile. One is the message for the ANS/FAX mode, and the other for the TEL/FAX mode. The ANS/FAX mode greeting message tells a caller that you are unable to answer, and allows the caller to leave a voice message or send a fax message.
