Setting Up Connecting to a Computer (USB Terminal) Connect the instrument’s USB terminal to the USB ter- minal of a computer, and you can transfer performance data and song files between the two (page 101). To use the USB data-transfer features you’ll need to do the fol- lowing: • First, make sure the POWER switch on the instru- ment is set to OFF, then use an AB type USB cable to connect the instrument to the computer. The default display language is English, but if you switch to Japanese the lyrics, file names, demo display, and some messages will be displayed in Japanese where appropriate. Try Playing a Variety of Instrument Voices Play Two Voices Simultaneously—DUAL You can select a second voice which will play in addition to the main voice when you play the keyboard. The second voice is known as the “dual” voice. Press the [DUAL ON/OFF] button. 1 The [DUAL ON/OFF] button turns the dual voice on or off.
