ABOUT THE HARD DISK DRIVE (HDD) Like any HDD, the HDD in the recorder is a fragile device that is susceptible to partial or complete failure if it is jarred or as a result of use over time. INSTALLING THE RECORDER Follow steps A to C below. Your recorder will be ready to display digital programs on your TV. STEP A: CONNECTIONS DO NOT PLUG THE RECORDER INTO THE MAINS YET.
