Chapter 1 1 Getting Started Congratulations on your purchase of the KODAK EASYSHARE DX3215 Zoom Digital Camera. What Can I Do With My Camera? Capture Enjoy point-and-shoot operation. Store pictures in the camera’s 8 MB internal memory or on an optional, removable MultiMedia (MMC) or Secure Digital (SD) Card. Chapter 1 Turning the Camera On and Off 1 To turn the camera on, press the power Power button button until the ready light glows. The ready light glows orange while the camera performs a self-check. Chapter 1 Checking the Battery Level Check the battery power level before taking pictures. Chapter 1 Inserting an Optional MMC/SD Card To insert a card: 1 Turn the camera off. 2 Open the card door. 3 Orient the card as shown. 4 Push the card into the slot to seat the connector.
