GETTING STARTED You can use either 2 AA size batteries (Alkaline, Ni-MH) or an AC power adapter (optional accessory) to power the camera. RECORD MODE Taking pictures Your camera is equipped with both an optical viewfinder and a 1.5" LCD monitor to compose images. Taking images using the optical viewfinder will conserve bat- tery power. If your batteries are low, it is recommended that you only compose images by using the viewfinder.
