BEFORE USING THE MACHINE Job status screen (common to copy, print, network scan and fax) This screen appears when the [JOB STATUS] key on the operation panel is pressed. A job list showing the current job and the stored jobs or a list showing completed jobs can be displayed. The contents of jobs can be viewed and jobs can be deleted from the queue. BEFORE USING THE MACHINE INITIAL SETTINGS The machine reverts to the initial settings when it is first turned on, when the [CLEAR ALL] key ( ) is pressed, or the preset "auto clear time" elapses after the last copy is made in any mode. When the machine reverts to the initial settings, all settings and functions selected to that point are canceled. The auto clear time can be changed in the key operator programs.
