It turns off after ten seconds if another key is not pressed within that period. The Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) rechargeable Wireless Telephone Battery Pack gives you four hours of talk time or 80 hours of stand-by time. Stand-by time is when the phone is turned on, but you are not using it. The Wireless Telephone also supports a Nickel-Cadmium (NiCd) Battery Pack, which supports two
