Handset Indicators Handset Icons Icon Description Line In Use Indicator • On steady with one or more numbers next to it, indicating which extensions are using the line. For example, 12 indicates that Handset 1 and Handset 2 are on an outside call. • Appears in idle or phone on modes to indicate a parallel set in use. Ringer C.I.Y. You can easily record a unique ringer to be used as either your Default Ringer or for a Distinctive Ringer for assigning to a individual phonebook directory. You can either record using the provided Audio Patch Cord (not the USB cord), or simply use the Handset microphone. You are allowed to record 9 unique ringers for a maximum of 10 seconds each.
