Ensure that the dialling mode is set to TONE. 2. Press (Talk), then identify the dial tone. 3. Dial a number you are familiar with. 4. If the call is successful, you are connected to a tone exchange. If not, one of two pre-recorded greetings will be played when a call is received (p. 21). All messages (greeting, incoming, memo, etc.) are stored in digital memory (p. 60). The total recording time is about 15 minutes. The greeting recording time is limited to 2 minutes and 30 seconds. We recommend you record a brief greeting message (see the sample below
