Your telephone’s display Using Display Options Volume Adjustment It is easy to adjust the volume on your telephone by following these steps: P 1. Press the Program Key. 2. Press â then â. Whenever this guide describes a procedure that requires special codes or passwords, ask your telephone system administrator to provide these to you. To use a feature, you will be instructed to press a feature key, or enter an FFC code. You may be provided with Flexible Feature Codes (FFCs), which you will need in order to use some features.
