Connecting the AC (Electrical) Power 1. On the base, plug the AC power adaptor cord into the power jack on the back of the base and the other into an electrical outlet. If desired, store the excess AC power adaptor line cord inside desktop pedestal. Connecting the Corded Handset 1. Connect one end of the coiled handset cord to the jack on the side of the base. 2. Connect the other end of the coiled cord to the jack on the handset, then place the handset in the base cradle. Wall Mounting the Base The base is packaged with the pedestal attached in desktop mode. Basic Operation Answering a Call Check the display to see who is calling. Cordless Handset 1. Press the TALK/call back button on the handset. 2.
