INSTALLATIONS Installing the CPU ® The IB868 board supports a Socket 479 processor socket for Intel ® ® Pentium M or Celeron M processors. The processor socket comes with a screw to secure the processor. As shown in the left picture below, loosen the screw first before inserting the processor. INSTALLATIONS Installing the Memory The IB868 board supports two DDR2 memory socket for a maximum total memory of 2GB in DDR2 memory type. INSTALLATIONS CN1, CN2: Serial ATA (SATA) Connectors The SATA connectors support serial ATA 150. Each connector can only use one serial ATA hard disk. CN2 is port 1 and CN1 is port 2. INSTALLATIONS Reset Switch: Pins 9 and 19 The reset switch allows the user to reset the system without turning the main power switch off and then on again.
