Introduction Agilent B2200 Series Agilent B2200 Series Agilent B2200 series is a switching matrix designed for semiconductor dc characteristics measurement applications. The Agilent B2200 series has 14 input ports and four card slots for the switch modules (plug-in cards), and can configure a 12, 24, 36, or 48 outputs switching matrix.
