Pre-folding the tape at 1/2" before removing the paper backing will make it easier to apply the tape correctly. If adjustments are required, remove the foam with a serrated knife. Adjust the shims, and reapply the insulating foam sealant. C. Inspect the foam for voids after it has cured.
