PRESEEDER OPERATION GENERAL SAFETY The Preseeder tiller is a machine designed to quickly prepare a level, fine-textured bed, ready for seeding turfgrass. It is intended for conditioning and leveling the top layer of soil; it is not designed to be used as a deep tiller.
