4. OPERATION Operating Instructions (see figure #4) This toaster is for Dry operation only (no oil). Do not put buttered bread products in the toaster. Ensure Release Sheets are properly installed. (See page 7.) Turn Main Power Switch on. Set Temperature Control to desired temperature. (Temperature is factory set at 600°F.) Allow Pilot Light to cycle at least two times (on/off). In addition to the daily cleaning described above, remove the silicone belts according to the instructions described in (3), and inspect the metal conveyor chain. Check the tension to make sure that drive sprockets are engaging all the wires in the metal conveyor chain.
