Starting Gate Tab • Slide the tab near the starting gate to release it. Lift the starting gate. Red Start Lights Starting Arrow • Set the cars on each starting arrow. The red start light turns on when a car is placed on a starting arrow.

Ready - Set - Go! Light Post • Lift the light post. • Once both cars are on the starting arrows the lights on the light post flash red, yellow and then green to go!

Car Base Slide the power switch on each car and the base on . • Shake the cars to start the “engine” and the sound effects. Note: For maximum distance, shake the car 7 or 8 times. Shaking more than this does not increase the distance it will travel. Pedals • Press the pedal next to each car to start the race! Note: If one car takes off before the green light, you will hear a buzzer and the lights will reset.
